For those that are looking to make a better effort in healthier eating and/or weight management, one great way to do that is to stir fry! Stir fry dishes often incorporate a lot of fresh, colorful vegetables and lean meats, making it a versatile way to pack in some healthy food. I also hosted a stir fry party with friends to kick off the new year with a healthy start a couple of years ago. It's a fun way to spend time in the kitchen and prepare something healthy too! Oh, and you don't necessarily need a wok to prepare these dishes - any skillet will do (preferable non stick). So here are 10 Reasons to Get Wokking...
