When it's cold out, nothing seems better than a comforting bowl of something warm and hearty... like stew! Stews are especially good to make during the winter months because they do well cooking over a few hours, tend to use affordable cuts of meat and in most cases, tastes better the next day. You can stew dishes over the stovetop, in the oven or even make use of a slow cooker. I've made my share of various stews and surprisingly, this collection represents 10 different cuisines.
