10 Dishes for Brunch & Beyond

Print

Spring is the time of year I most especially enjoy brunching. Maybe it's because the weather starts to warm up just a bit after the (ridiculously cold and long) winter. Or maybe it's because bright colorful pastels seem to pop up all over and evokes a cheery, bright and early start. Nonetheless, here's a few of my favorite brunch eats that may inspire you to take the time to enjoy brunch on a lazy weekend or better yet, incorporate into upcoming special meals like Easter and Mother's Day...

Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Coffee Cake

Southwest Egg Scramble

Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

Garlicky Shrimp & Cheesy Grits

Maple Sausage Breakfast Strata

Bananas Foster French Toast Bread Pudding

Cajun Eggs Benedict

Spinach Tomato Strata

Cauliflower Frittata

Bloody Mary Punch

You're making me wish I had something more than this green smoothie for breakfast! I agree with Karen - that eggs benedict looks amazing!
