I can't rave enough about Krusteaz baking mixes and their cookie mixes are especially a favorite this time of year. With the various cookie swaps and edible gifts I tend to make, their mixes save me time yet allow me to throw in my own creative touches. For these cookies, I took a combination of two of their cookie mixes - Double Peanut Butter Cookie Mix and Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix - for a perfect match. It's just a matter of preparing both mixes per the direction and combining both into one delicious cookie. Feel free to add nuts or even chopped peanut butter chocolate cups for something more special! And instead of making cookies, you can also prepare this in bar form by baking in a 9x13 pan for 22-24 minutes.
