Kamatis at Manga

The following salad was made and shared at our Filipino Fiesta event. You can view details of the event HERE.


Kamatis at Manga

(Tomato & Fresh Mango Salad)dsc00351-7343013

1 Fresh ripe mango, peeled & cubed
14oz Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Large red onion, sliced thinly into half rings
1 bunch of green onions, sliced

Dressing
2tbsp Olive oil
2tbsp Rice vinegar
Freshly ground Salt & Black Pepper

1. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix dressing ingredients together, pour over salad and toss well.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl.
