Nesting Around for Lunch

May 28, 2007 · WCC Administr@tr · 3 Comments

Since we’ve moved to our new place, we have been anxious to start entertaining more… and our first friends to come over are Elly & her husband Tom. Elly and I became friends after sharing a common passion for cooking. With that, we became “grocery buddies” when we lived closer to each other. Together we scoured the stores for fresh ingredients without breaking our budgets. We’ve both since moved to different parts of the city, however that didn’t stop us from getting together for lunch on Memorial Day.

Here is the lunch menu I prepared for us:

Balsamic Steak Sandwiches (with caramelized onions &
a homemade blue cheese spread)

Looks like you had a lot of fun! The sandwiches sounds amazing. Caramalized onions and blue cheese are my FAVORITE!
