Cooking Class: Pizza Party!

Who doesn't love pizza? Rather than ordering delivery, we made our own with free reign of toppings! Today I hosted this pizza event, where we enjoyed creating both sweet and savory pizzas. Every one attended not only left with a full belly and boxes of various pizzas they made but also a new pizza stone! Here are some pics from the event...
The Topping Buffet...
Veggies
spinach, mushrooms, green bell pepper, grape tomatoes
onions, scallions, garlic, black olives
Meats
proscuitto, bacon, pepperoni, italian sausage,
chicken breast, chicken sausage, pork sausage
Fruits
bananas, strawberries, kiwi, grapes
chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips
Cheeses
Irish Swiss, Asiago, Guyere, Gouda, Mexican, Italian Blend,
Colby Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Feta, Goat/Chevre, Mozzarella
Doughs
savory - whole wheat, garlic herb, plain
sweet - croissant, sugar cookie, chocolate chip cookie
Sauces (not pictured)
savory - homemade marinara, alfredo, hoisin, balsamic rosemary
sweet - caramel, cream cheese frosting, nutella

    wow, everything looks SO yummy! you had tons of great doughs and toppings. i really want a dessert pizza right now...
