Sweet guava cream spread

August 18, 2007 · WCC Administr@tr · Leave a Comment

A common Cuban snack is having crackers with guava paste and a white cheese, similar to cream cheese. I decided to make a sweet guava cream spread instead:

picture084-60174373/4 round tin guava paste, heated
1 block cream cheese
1 cup sour cream

Combine all ingredients and fully incorporated and chill.
Serve with crackers.
