Caramelized onion tartletts

Caramelized onion tartletts

2 large onions, sliced

1-2 tablespoons butter
black pepper to taste
1-2 oz parmesan cheese, finely grated

package of Filo cups

In a large saute pan, melt butter.

Add sliced onions and brown to caramelize.

Remove from heat and place onions in bowl; cool slightly.

Add parmesan cheese to onions; stir to combine.

Fill Filo cups with onion cheese mixture.
