Fudge Cookies

Fudge Cookies

joanpics018-1737503This is a super simple cookie dough made with a box of Devil’s food cake mix!joanpics008-2613227

1 box Devil’s Food cake mix

1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil

2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine the above ingredients.
Using a cookie scoop, drop cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake cookies in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
Cookies will appear slightly uncooked.

Allow cookies to rest on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack.
