This recipe was made for my 2007 Holiday Party featuring an Italian inspired menu. You can read about it and view the additional recipes I made for this event HERE.
1 chub pork sausage
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1/4 cup sugar
2 potatoes, finely diced
1 bag frozen italian vegetables
1/4 cup finely diced proscuitto
2 cups homemade or jarred marinara sauce
2-3 cups beef broth
1 cup small ring pasta
Brown sausage in pan with seasoning.
Add pasta in last hour of cooking.
