Italian green salad
with Red Wine & Sherry Vinagrette Dressing
with Red Wine & Sherry Vinagrette Dressing
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup sherry
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 tablespoon sugar
salt & pepper to taste
salt & pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and serve with salads and/or use as a marinade.
