Roasted Asparaguswith & without proscuitto 3-4 lbs fresh asparagus 3 pkgs proscuittoolive oil salt & pepper to taste Cut bottoms of asparagus accordingly to freshness. (snap test) Drizzle oil over asparagus and season with salt & pepper. Carefully wrap half the amount of asparagus with sliced proscuitto. Place all asparagus on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
