Tri colored tagliatelle Alfredo with broccoli

This recipe was made for my 2007 Holiday Party featuring an Italian inspired menu. You can read about it and view the additional recipes I made for this event HERE.

Tri colored tagliatelle Alfredo
with broccoli

joanpics443-61226981 head of broccoli, cut into florets
3 garlic cloved minced
1 large onion, chopped

1 jar prepared alfredo sauce
1 1/2 cups half & half
1 cup shredded asiago cheese
1 pkg tri-colored tagliatelle

Cook tagliatelle accordingly to package directions.

Saute broccoli with garlic and onions in olive oil.

Add up prepared alfredo sauce to broccoli.

Add half & half.

Add shredded cheese.

Season sauce to taste with salt, pepper and italian seasoning.
Toss cooked & drained pasta with broccoli & sauce.
