My Omnivore 100…

August 20, 2008 · WCC Administr@tr · 8 Comments

1594200823-4619669What’s your Omnivore 100 score? If you’d like, find out your Omnivore 100 score with this list of food items. How the Omnivore’s 100 works:

1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating.

I did mine a little differently but it’s fun nonetheless. I’ve bolded the items I’ve eaten, bolded in blue things I have yet to eat/try and bolded green I refused to even taste! My Omnivore 100 score is 82/100 (which means I’ve eaten 82 of the 100 items listed here).

Roadkill??? Ugh! You know, I see the use of lists like this, but sometimes I find that they defeat the purpose. Kind of like those lists “100 things you must see before you die.” I guess I would be a less happy person if I was running around checking items of lists, instead of carefully and lovingly exploring new items. hehe, that made no sense! I guess the lists make it stressful for me, like you’re getting a grade and I’m a less cool person than you because I only 81/100 or something. Maybe it’s the competitive spirit. I don’t know. But it is an awfully cool lists if you want to be inspired to cook outside the box!
