The following recipe was made for my guests during my Fall Snacks cooking class. You can read and view links to other recipes I made HERE.
3-4 lbs fresh chicken wings
1/4 cup garlic & onion seasoning
1-2 cups Frank’s RedHot sauce
1 cup melted butter
– Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
– Coat chicken with garlic & onion seasoning. Place on cookie sheet in a single layer and spray top with cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and set aside.
– In a large bowl, combine hot sauce and melted butter; stir. Place chicken in the bowl and toss with the hot sauce mixture before serving.
