Menu Plan Monday!

So this week will be interesting as I have a big party to cater this Saturday... for nearly 60 people... in our home. As we move through the week, dinner will need to be stress free as possible. Thankfully I'm off today so I can prepare a few things in advance. Here's what I have planned:

Monday: Dining out & running errands

Tuesday: Caribbean Marinated Ahi Tuna Steaks

Wednesday: Maple & Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin w/mashed sage sweet potatoes & broccoli

Thursday: Dining out & running errands

Friday: Grilled Ham & Swiss Paninis

Saturday: Floribbean Holiday Party

Sunday: Leftovers
