With the new year, many folks are making the effort of a healthier lifestyle and better food choices. For this dinner, friends and I prepared dishes that were healthy and came from popular health conscious chefs & sources. The following was our dinner menu, along with links to the recipes!

    What a great idea! It’s certainly that time of year when everyone wants to be healthy. I just bookmarked about 1/2 of these recipes to try. They all look great!

    Loving the sassy water!

    Going to make the quinoa recipe (I have one that I eat for breakfast).

    The pictures are all great too.

    I’m intrigued by the fish poacher. I must google it to see what it looks like!
