Dinner Party Menu: Megan & Matt

April 6, 2009 · WCC Administr@tr · 5 Comments

Tonight is our second night of entertaining in our new home and we moved in 4 days ago! I absolutely love how quickly (and efficiently) we got everything settled in so we wouldn’t waste any time in enjoying our new pad.

On our first night in our new home, we were surrounded by boxes, crumpled newspaper and limited lighting and hadn’t even thought about dinner. Our friends Megan and Matt stopped by to help out and were so thoughtful to bring us dinner! We made some room and had a picnic in our living room and enjoyed a fabulous spread of cheeses, olives, toasted bread, fruit and wine they brought.

So for dinner tonight, we had Megan & Matt over to thank them for thinking of us on our crazy moving day. I wanted to prepare something special and came up with this menu (click on the links for the recipes!):

You are so super-efficient! I don’t know if I’d have the energy to entertain just 4 days after moving in. Everything looks great!
