Wine & Dine: Korean Feast

April 19, 2009 · WCC Administr@tr · 9 Comments

wine26dine-8587977This month’s Wine & Dine event is all about Korean cuisine and drink! Tonight we had a Korean dinner where friends brought some delicious Korean dishes to the table and I provided a presentation on Korean cuisine and hosted a soju tasting. To learn more about Korean cuisine, check out THIS SITE for details!

Here’s what we our Korean feast entailed – which was wonderfully paired with the Korean soju I served (and don’t be afraid to click the links for recipes!)…

Some of that looks absolutely fantastic! I have a friend teaching English in South Korea right now…but he mostly eats KFC and ramen. 😉 Are these pictures taken in your new apartment? The view is amazing!

I was drawn into this post by the thought of korean food, but I was totally distracted by the pictures of your new place! It looks amazing, with those huge windows. Looks way different from Rogers Park! Do you love it? I’ve been too busy for meet ups lately, but I might have to find the time to go to one, just to check out your new pad 🙂 Congrats!

My husband has become obsessed with Sake, so I think I need to get him some Soju!
