Dinner Party Menu: Gia & Robert

May 29, 2009 · WCC Administr@tr · 8 Comments

Our friends Gia & Robert came over for dinner tonight and it’s always great to see them. They’ve been friends of ours for awhile and often would come over from the south side of the city when we lived on the far north border of Chicago. Now that we’re downtown, it’s a lot easier to spend time together and see each other more often.

I prepared the following menu for us, knowing that they are big fans of salmon. Feel free to click on the links for recipes!

What a feast! That salmon look nice and garlicky, and I love homemade hummus 🙂

I am in total awe of your hosting prowess! I wish I could do dinner parties with the same ease – I’m a nervous wreck just preparing something for my parents-in-law. The lemon garlic hummus sounds wonderful and salmon is always a winner!

Sorry for being so absent from your site recently – I’m trying to catch up with all the great posts.
