Tropical Inspired Dinner Party Menu

It’s finally summertime in Chicago… which means a sun shining bright, warm temps and the city buzzing around with many outdoor events to enjoy! Tonight, we had another couple over for dinner and I wanted to capture some summer flavors into the menu. Drawing from tropical flavors, here’s the summer dinner menu I prepared along with links to the recipes!

Cocktail:

    That Rose Sangria is gorgeous! I am not a big fan of Rose wines though – do you think you could make it with Champagne? Or even white wine? I wonder…I probably wouldn't get the same color effect though huh?
