So this week, you’ve met some of our What’s Cookin, Chicago “Tattle Tasters” and hopefully read their reviews! Here’s what our Tattle Tasters had to say about the the recipes overall. Thank you to our Tattle Tasters and be sure to check back next week to meet a few more What’s Cookin, Chicago members and the recipes they reviewed!

“It’s amazing how much you can taste in your food if you really think about what you are eating. So often we are in such a rush to eat that we barely taste our food. Tasting these recipes and having to review them forced me to slow down and really think about what I was eating. I found that I enjoyed my food so much more and could taste each ingredient on it’s own, but also as a whole. Reviewing these recipes was a great experience!”

“So, after tasting all three dishes, I can definitely say that you can have a basic all purpose dough recipe that can be used in a variety of ways. Can we make an all purpose dough that we can use in a variety of dishes? The answer is yes. And the reason the answer is yes is because the only thing that limits you is your imagination, so make this all purpose dough and experiment! From appetizers to desserts, you can’t go wrong with a little flour, water, and yeast! After that, let your imagination do the cooking!!! Thanks for letting us share with you. We look forward to see more of what your cooking, Chicago!”

“One thing I learned about the sampling of this set of recipes is that all purpose dough is very versatile and can be used in a wide array of dishes. My most favorite dish was the Panzanella Salad and my least favorite was the Italian Herb and Mozzarella Bread.”
