Peach Bellini Iced Tea

Just when I thought my husband had enough Olive Garden recipe requests, he throws another one at me… only this time it’s for a drink! So going back to our typical Olive Garden dinner out, as the server takes our drink order, he always orders their ‘Peach Bellini Iced Tea.” Essentially, it’s peach iced tea with a few frozen peach slices. He loves this stuff and easily drinks several glasses of this. Since I had an Italian inspired dinner planned, why not add this drink as a non-alcoholic alternative?

To my surprise, our guests loved the Peach Bellini Iced Tea as much as my husband. Among the four of us, we went through 2 large pitchers of it. It was definitely the drink winner of the night, leaving the red wine barely touched. If you’re looking for a refreshing drink, perhaps for this upcoming holiday weekend, give this ice tea a try!

Peach Bellini Iced Tea
recipe inspired by Olive Garden

4 cups sweetened iced tea
4 cups peach nectar
1-2 small peaches, sliced
ice

Fill your large serving pitcher with 1 cup of ice.
Add the sweetened ice tea and peach nectar; stir,
Top with the sliced peaches and serve cold.

I think I might need to throw in some Peach Snapps as well. 😉

Very luscious iced tea. Peaches are one of my favorite fruits.

Hi Nguyen Family Circus – thank you for your comment. I brewed regular Lipton tea and sweetened it to our tastes. You can use any tea of your choice – Liption, Green, etc. Enjoy!

I had the Peach Bellini Iced Tea at Olive Garden just yesterday. I commented to my waitress that I loved it and she said the manager would sell me a bottle of their syrup mix used to make this drink. It was a one liter bottle for $7.99. You simply mix one ounce with a glass of sweet tea and top with a few frozen peach slices. Awesome!

    Hi Kay -Beth,
Could you please let me know what the 1-L bottle is called and who makes it? I would love to purchase it online. The drink is so refreshing and delicious. My family loves it! It would be a great treat. Many thanks!
