Winner of Foodie Freebie Friday: King Arthur Flour

Finally… may the long Labor Day Holiday weekend begin! If you’re in the US celebrating the Labor Day holiday, what plans do you have in store? Hopefully something delicious will make it to your holiday table! For me, it’s a relaxing weekend with family, friends and food – what could be better than that? I’m quite excited since family and friends are coming from out of town to celebrate with us! Some things I’ll be highlighting in my blog in the coming weekend include:

In The Kitchen Session: Brunch – Friends are coming over Sunday morning to cook brunch with me. I’ll be sharing recipes for some brunch time favorites that are great any time of day.

Pre-Labor Day BBQ Dinner – Family and friends are coming over Sunday evening to enjoy a Pre-Labor Day BBQ dinner I’ll be preparing.

Labor Day Omelette Bar – To start the day for my overnight guests, I’ve got an omelette bar planned with a few sweet pastries I’m baking up.

Labor Day Grill Out – This is one last attempt before the outdoor grills on our rooftop deck are put away for the season. Let’s hope we can beat the rush of others who’ll be using the grills!

But on to more important business… this week’s Foodie Freebie Friday giveaway! I know I’m be doing my share of baking this weekend and I really enjoyed reading what readers love to bake.
