Anniversary Dinner: Restaurant Remake!

A few days ago was my husband and my four year wedding anniversary. We’ve been through quite a bit the past four years and the most exciting part was bringing our little son, Joel, into the world less than a month ago. Having a newborn makes it a bit challenging to go out and celebrate so instead, I recreated a steak dinner that we enjoy at one of our favorite steak restaurants, Wildfire…

We’re not big on chain restaurants so much but one regional chain we do enjoy is Wildfire Restaurant. They have some wonderful steaks and service has always been impeccable. Here’s the menu I recreated and I’ll be posting recipes for these dishes all this week so stay tuned!

Ooh this looks scrumptious. I'm finally feeling like cooking again and so we're doing dutch oven potatoes with bacon, bbq grilled steak and a spring salad. Can't wait!!!
