A Latin Inspired Independence Day

Happy Independence Day! Yesterday, we hosted a summertime party with friends and their families and it truly was a wonderful time. We got to see friends we haven’t see in so long and our kids got to play together. It really is great to have our home filled with children laughing and running about…. while the adults mingled and of course, feasted on some Latin inspired eats I prepared. Check out what I served up on my Latin Inspired Menu and stay tuned for the recipes in the coming days for the following dishes!…

When I planned my menu for our party, I decided to serve up dishes that had a bit of Latin flair. Cuisines like Cuban and Mexican came to mind which also went along with summer fare. In addition, I had some dietary restrictions to be mindful of so I wanted to make sure all our guests were able to eat a variety of dishes. All in all, it was a great feast and everyone enjoyed the spread!

Wow! This is an A-MA-ZING spread! I love your set up. Was just looking at some of the glass punch/drink dispensers. Really like them.
