Well three of those are on my list so I'm glad you posted recipes! The Naan and sandwich bread look awesome. I'm also dying to make the pretzels, but am intimidated by them.
I have gotten so much better at bread baking, but definitely still have some room for growth. I have never made naan, though, so that will be high on my list!
