Yeah, I know. You’re probably already in holiday mode where Thanksgiving is long gone and over with. But I guess it’s better late than never. Joel spent Thanksgiving with his dad this year while I spent it with The Baron’s extended family. They had a delicious traditional feast – seriously, everything was amazing! ormally we would spend our Thanksgiving with my parents who tend to host, but considering they are now living overseas, I took on the role of hosting and I think it went well! Here’s a recap of our Thanksgiving dinner, which I hosted this year with family and friends the weekend after Thanksgving. It was quite a feast, as usual, but a tasty one at that.
This special dinner was made possible by the wonderful folks of Country Crock Spread! We worked together to incorporate Country Crock into a traditional holiday meal and the end result was certainly a delicious one.
