Festive Caprese Pops

‘Tis the time for holiday gatherings and if you’re thinking of something quick and easy to bring to a party or even serve up guests, these Festive Caprese Pops will not only be easy, but fresh and delicious too. Red, green and white couldn’t be more delicious on a stick with fresh sweet grape tomatoes, creamy balls of mini mozzarella and a burst of freshness from basil…
There seems to be a shortage of time around the holidays because folks have somewhere to be, something to do and the holiday rush couldn’t be more evident. But despite the madness, the simple things can still be enjoyed. This recipe is one of them. It’s just a matter of putting together (which can be done in advance) and the presentation is beautiful with the holiday colors all on a platter. Trust me, this will be a favorite and to jazz it up even more, try adding some sopressata or even a splash of aged balsamic!

We love caprese (or at least mozzarella) in my house! These would be gone in an instant.
