New Year celebrations are on the horizon – how will you be ringing in the new year? For us, we’re ending 2015 with good friends, great food and lots of laughs as we will be attending a comedy show. One of our favorite comedians is Jim Gaffigan and he usually performs a new year’s eve show in Milwaukee. Our friends and family will be joining us for dinner before the show and we’ll be laughing it up until midnight, I’m sure! Now if you’re planning on celebrating the New Year by staying in or partying it up with friends, many folks will have a variety of appetizers to share. Here’s one of my favorites lately – Caramelized Onion & Bacon Bites. Sweet caramelized onions and smoky bacon are set in a flaky crust with creamy mozzarella cheese…

These are great because you can make quite a few with a mini muffin pan. Using Krusteaz pie crust mix makes it even easier and serves as a blank canvas for all the flavors you could fill the mini tarts with. If you’re a fan of Krusteaz as I am, be sure to take advantage of a Krusteaz Coupon here!
