When it comes to sandwiches, I like to switch things up for everyday lunches. The typical sandwiches can get pretty boring, so my boys love when I make wrap sandwiches for a different change of pace. These Turkey Bacon Club Wrap Sandwiches are like focused on the fillings with less bread to go around. Chockful of turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato and a smear of tangy ranch dressing, this is sure to be a lunch favorite!
This is pretty easy to make and you can adapt it to whatever ingredients you like. I took inspiration from Jimmy John’s ‘Club Lulu’, my personal fave. I love ordering it as an ‘Unwich’ wrapped in lettuce leaves instead of the usual sub. When making it at home, I use whole wheat tortillas (burrito sized) to allow a good sized wrap with ample fillings.
