Air Fryer Strawberry Turnovers

Working from home has allowed me to have more variety in breakfast options. This has been especially true, now that my work volume has been much more manageable. As a result, I've been having fun with puff pastry to replicate some delicious bakery treats I miss.

This recipe using puff pastry to make turnovers filled with strawberry filling. You can use your choice of either canned or homemade pie filling. I missed out on strawberry picking this year so I went with a canned version to save time. We've also made this with apple and pumpkin pie filling during the fall months last year!
