The way we approach dinners have changed a lot this year – can anyone else relate? A lot more meals are made at home and we’ve have a new appreciation for our grill, which has helped us get through the summer months! A simple and common grilled dinner for us is BBQ Grilled Chicken.
BBQ Grilled Chicken
Serves 4-6
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 30-40 min
INGREDIENTS
3-4 pounds chicken, cut up, thigh, legs and/or breasts, skin on
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups BBQ Sauce, homemade or store bought plus additional for serving if desired*
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Gather ingredients and preheat grill to medium high heat.
