This is an absolutely delicious dish, and it’s so easy to make.  This is a hearty meal in the air fryer that you can have ready in under an hour, and your family will love this.  Serve this up with some crusty bread and butter, a side salad, or vegetable, and you’ve got a great balanced meal that will have them coming back for seconds.  This is definitely one for the favorites file…

Air Fryer BBQ Kielbasa Hash
makes approx 4 servings

PRINTABLE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 package of Kielbasa – sliced in thin coin shapes
3-4 potatoes, washed & chopped in bite sized pieces
1 large sweet onion, washed & chopped in bite sized pieces
1 large red bell pepper, washed & chopped in bite sized pieces
Spray Olive Oil
1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce, reserve 1/2 cup
Garlic or seasoned salt to taste
Ground pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Gather ingredients.
2. Place potatoes, onion, and red pepper in Air Fryer. Spray with the spray olive oil, and toss slightly. Sprinkle with the garlic/seasoned salt and pepper to your tastes and toss slightly.  Drizzle 1 cup BBQ sauce over the Kielbasa and vegetables.
3. Cook in Air Fryer on 350 for 25 minutes.  Stop the Air Fryer half way through cooking and turn the Kielbasa and vegetables, and resume cooking.  The Kielbasa should be cooked brown around the edges, and the Potatoes cooked tender; if they are not, cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, until done.
4. Remove from air fryer and toss with remaining 1/2 cup of  BBQ sauce before serving.  Serve with crusty bread and butter, side salad, or other preferred vegetable.
