Crockpot Mashed Potatoes

Thanksgiving is almost here and I am excited for my favorite holiday, simply because I can express my love through food. This year is especially special because over the past several months, we have had time as a family to reflect on what is truly important to us. This Thanksgiving, I'll be preparing some of our favorites to drop off & share with others.

I plan on making standard Thanksgiving items, with mashed potatoes as one of them. To free up some space in the kitchen, I'll be leaning on my crockpot to help make these crockpot mashed potatoes. It really doesn't get any easier! You can also prepare this in advance and make ahead - the potatoes can be cooked the day before serving. When ready to serve, reheat on the stove and continue with steps 4 through 6.
