Air Fryer Shrimp

Do you have that one family member that tends to park themselves in front of the appetizers and think the appetizers are a meal all for themselves? I have one such family member – my son! He once sat down and polished off one pound of shrimp cocktail I had out for everyone in the house to enjoy. Now that I know how much my son loves shrimp, he’s going to be happy that I’ve added shrimp to our holiday dinner menu! Shrimp is quick and easy to make in an air fryer, saving me time while I tend to other things in the kitchen. Have you tried cooking shrimp in an air fryer?…

Air Fryer Shrimp

PRINTABLE RECIPE

Serves 4-6

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

Olive oil

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper


For Serving

Lemons

Fresh parsley, chopped finely

Melted butter

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes


In a small bowl combine seasonings


Add shrimp to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil; Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to coat


Add shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket; Cook at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes, flip shrimp half way through cooking


Serve with parsley, lemons and melted butter if desired. Store leftovers in refrigerator
